One-to-one Hypnobirthing course:

4 sessions, each one 2.5 hours long. Includes client workbook and Hypnobirthing audios.

Group Hypnobirthing Course:

4 sessions, each one 2.5 hours long. Includes client workbook and Hypnobirthing audios.

Full Doula Package:

• 4 two-hour sessions in the antenatal period
• On-call from 37 weeks to attend your birth
• 8 hours support postnatally (spread out as needed over the course of weeks)
• Unlimited phone and messaging support

Hourly rate

You can book me anytime, at an hourly rate of £29 per hour. (2 hour minimum).
